That property became the foundation that let Carl grow his rental operation into what RCB Rentals is today.

Jacob Beatty
Operations & Property Management
Jacob has been part of RCB Rentals since 2021, working alongside his father, Carl, to grow their family-owned rental business and take care of the properties and people they serve. As a Registered Nurse by background, he spent much of his career working with people and helping solve problems, something that carries naturally into his role at RCB.
Today he focuses on day-to-day management: working with tenants, improving operations, and helping RCB continue to grow throughout the local community. Real estate has become much more than a business for him. He enjoys meeting people, learning about properties, and finding opportunities where RCB can help, whether that's providing someone a great place to call home or talking with a local property owner about their next step.
RCB is a family effort, and that's something Jacob takes pride in. The goal is simple: keep building a local company that is easy to work with, takes care of its properties, treats people fairly, and develops relationships that last.
